Most download problems are because the billing authorization failed.
This issue affects all paid apps.

Sometimes when the authorization fails it will look like the app
never finishes downloading, instead of telling you the authorization failed.
How to fix it
1. Make sure the billing info is correct
Check that the billing name, address, zip code, phone number, etc. all exactly match
the address on your credit card or phone bill. 90% of the time that is what causes the
authorization to fail. You could also try a different payment method if you have one.
You can cancel and retry as many times as you like. You will not get double-charged.
